Am thinking of applying to LBS for a mortgage.

Please in your experience what type of documents do they request to see?

Start off with the usual, then add any special items for your particular case/circumstances then await any additional requests after the case is scrutinised.

Three months' bank statements
Three months' payslips
P60
Evidence of identity
Evidence of address (additional for any periods not on voter's roll)
Gifted deposit form (lender own)
Proof of deposit
Proof of rent (if tenant).

Those are the basics.
