Zoompanel rewards

Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help me please

I redeemed my points on Zoompanel for the first time and chose the only option, a prepaid £25 Mastercard. This said that it is was online use only and as such I won't be sent a physical card rather a claim code. I now have no idea how to use this claim code and use the £25. Does anybody have any ideas please??

Thank you for this link. Unfortunately there are no phone numbers or information or any information about a 'card' issuer! I've since found some other complaints about this reward and no customer service from the company so I think this may be a lost cause?

These virtual prepaid cards (with the exception of V-Pay) are a P.I.T.A. because some merchants don't accept them.

If you have a paypal account, could you not request money from a different email address then use the card to send yourself the money ?

Do you know how I would use it on paypal? I literally just have a claim code, no other information at all

Ahh ok thank you! I'm a bit stuck as I can't even see how to check whether a merchant agrees it not knowing how to even try and spend it!
