NEST pension question

Does anyone else out there have a NEST pension.
How long does it take for your contributions to hit your NEST account? It takes us from the 25th (payday) to the 19th (contribution arrives in NEST) of the following month. More than 3 weeks.
Is this usual?
The company I work for has had issues in getting it running smoothly. My colleagues and I are not sure it is down to the company mucking it up or NEST. It took 6 months for our contributions to actually reach our pension pots after the scheme started. The company had to call in external help to get it sorted out. Some of my colleagues haven't had welcome packs from NEST yet, so can't check their accounts.

Is this usual?
