knitting pattern help needed plesse

Hi all
im new to knitting and im trying to make a poncho :eek:
The pattern says to work from 3rd to 10th row what does this mean?
.....I thought it means repeat 3rd, 4, 5 and so on up to row 10.....is this right or have I only got to knit row 3 and 10 in repeat
Please help :A

Yes, it means repeat rows 3, 4,5 etc until 100
