WorkoutBuddyX is a customized workout that comes in three intensity levels. Their platform is full of effective workouts. Currently, I am on the 30 day trial and I am pretty pleased with it. Can't say that I have gotten results because I have only done the workout for 1 week. Any other opinions on this? Do you know any similar products that I can try?
To lazy people :P : this isn't some get fit fast scheme as such thing does not exist. If you want results, as with everything, you must put the effort in it. Pro workouts will only help you achieve the desired results faster.
