How to Enter:
All entries must be submitted via the OwnersDirect.co.uk competition landing page [https://www.ownersdirect.co.uk/wishyourselfhere.htm], by filling out the dedicated competition form with your details, and accepting the terms and conditions.
To enter you must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
No purchase is necessary.
The competition is not open to employees of HomeAway UK or its affiliates, their agencies or associated companies, or the immediate families of anyone associated with the competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility, age, identity and email account of entrants, and entrants agree to provide such information as the Promoter may reasonably request in this connection.

Prizes:
There is one prize voucher of £500 towards a holiday rental stay booked via OwnersDirect.co.uk. The Promoter will not be responsible for any payment of any costs, expenses, fees or taxes associated with the receipt or use of any of the prize.
The Promoter may refuse to award the prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of the relevant entrant's fraud, dishonesty, or non-entitlement under, or breach of, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person who submits an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the holder of the email account from which the entry is made.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for damages, losses or injuries that result from acceptance or use of the prize to the maximum extent permissible under applicable laws.
Claiming the prize:
The promoter will contact the prize winner no later than 5 working days after the competition has ended. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be contacted by email by the promoters to claim the prize. The winner must then provide the promoter with relevant contact details to enable the prize to be awarded.
Confirmation of booking with the property owner or owners must be provided by sending an email to HomeAway UK Ltd. via the address provided in the prize confirmation email before funds are released.
The booking must be made within 90 days following the notification to the winner that he or she won the prize, and the stay must occur within the one (1) year period following the notification. The prize winner must provide proof of the rental rate payable for the property by sending the property owner’s confirmation of the booking and the total amount payable to the email address provided in the prize confirmation email.
The Promoter will be responsible for paying to the property owner or owners the amount of the rental cost up to the maximum prize amount. If the total rental amount for the property booked is less than the maximum price amount, here will be no refund or credit note. If the total rental amount for the property booked exceeds the maximum prize amount, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference to the relevant owner/owners.
For the avoidance of doubt, the winner must bear his/her own travel and other costs in connection with the property rental.
The prize winners agree to their name being announced as the winner on Owners Direct social media channels.
For the name of the winner, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to OwnersDirect - HomeAway UK Ltd, #WishYourselfHere Competition, Portland House, 25th floor, Bressenden Place, London, SW1E 5BH, United Kingdom. Requests must be received by 2nd May 2015.
By accepting the prize and booking a property or properties listed on HomeAway UK Ltd., the winner and their accompanying travel companions accept and acknowledge the Terms and Conditions of HomeAway UK Ltd., as well as the privacy policy.
Privacy:
All information submitted to Promoter as part of this Draw will be treated in accordance with Promoter's privacy policy.
