Luckily I'm still in deferral, but Erudio have just written to me to say they calculated my loan repayments to be over £30 p/m more than they should have been. Wonder what they will do for anyone who has been overpaying.

Hooray, after 4 months of back and forth emails and phone calls to erudio and getting the FO involved, I finally received my deferment confirmation in the post this morning! But strangely also from erudio in the post this morning, they wrote to me confirming that my DD payments would start on 28th MArch?! Eh...? They really are pathetic and the communication at that company is just horrendous...as I'm 4 months into my defement already, means that in only 8 months time I'll need to go through it all again..oh what joy...0

Lets face it, Erudio are a DCA that have no interest in people who are within their rights to defer. They will not invest in an efficient deferment department because they want to make money. I'm sure they hope that by making it difficult they will force people in to just paying up so they do not have the hassle of going through a terrible deferment process each and every year.Paying for uni to get a job... just to get a job to pay for uni0
