Help re Credit File Clean Up

I was discharged from Bankruptcy on 11th November 2014, having gone bankrupt on 11 November 2013.

Having checked some of my credit files, I can see that some lenders have my date of account settlement as 11 November 2014; my day of discharge. Is that correct or should it be 2013, the day of my bankruptcy?

Any help would be v ery much appreciated.

Default should be dated before or on date of BR and satisfied or settled should be no later than date of discharge. Hope this helps :)

Legally the date you are discharged from your debts is your discharge date, so yes under ICO guidance that is OK and as it should be.
