I've used this website loads of times without any problems. I wasn't aware of any issues?? I buy during their sale every year, including using student discount. Have always received excellent service. Well packaged, prompt delivery and no hassle returns. X

I've also used their website - and the ones of other TLG companies - Modalu and Fiorelli - with no problem at all. As you say, excellent service, prompt delivery and good packaging.

Not sure what the issue was last week, but I would definitely use them again.
