Eclipse

I rather presume that no energy geeks here will not be watching the sun but will instead be looking at their monitor profiles. The effects after all are so much more interesting than the cause. Remember to get some screenshots.

This is part of my Wattson graph during the eclipse... it was only peaking 500Wh, but you can see the steady decline in solar output.

    My Sunny Explorer trace :-

It wasn't anything like as clear as that in 'real life' : certain brightness showed through thin cloud and just before peak there was an even thinner bit of cloud through which I caught a glimpse of a sunny outline with a 'bite' out of it but cloud thickened almost immediately.
