Hello again
I know there are posts on here about NT IPA, but some correspondence today baffled me.
I have received a letter from HMRC saying they are applying the NT code for rest of the year. (not long to go is there)?
I have had no contact from the OR except when a letter was sent in February asking for a revised soa which I posted back promptly.
Am I on a NT IPA? Thing is from looking at my wage slips I'm not paying tax anyways.... So a wee bit confused as to what this means to me?

Doesn't sound like it at the moment, and would not be worth them setting one up now anyway.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I was told back in September that I would be put on a NT IPA and since then I've had to send my wage slips off each month to show that HMRC were still taking tax.
This week I received 2 letters from HMRC - one saying I had been placed on an NT code for the rest of this financial year and one giving me my 'normal' tax code from April.
I assume that I'm going to be on NT for my March wages and then back to normal so I have the pain of paying my tax to the OR for just one month!xxx Nikki xxx0 -
Often the OR will not bother collecting just one or 2 months. You should tell them but could be they are not interested.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
