    If the bonus is an issue but your income alone is enough then you should still be able to get the mortgage - it just your broker will need to do the sort it out.

    Serves them right I suppose for winging it.

    As ACG says & Bet say - this is an unnecessary complication caused by the broker either being in experienced or lazy.


    If you cannot prove it they don't want it on the application.


    Something he will have to spend time sorting out that will not affect it.

  • Nationwide were not happy to include some of my partner's income which was put onto the application. They rang us and told us they were going to continue with the application without it. We got our offer a couple of days ago. I'm sure you'll be fine if affordability is ok without the bonus.
