Landlords - IO or Repayment?
Options

Hi
What's the best option for landlords to take and the advantages / disadvantages of each approach?
My thinking was it was best to do a Repayment so that once its paid off you can use the whole amount of rent as additional income?
However, if you are not entirely sure if you intend on keeping the property or selling it in 5-10 years then which is the best / most efficient approach to take?
Thanks

Most landlords select interest only but this depends on your objectives, your income need, and your tax status.
