Dont owe alot but now worried!!!

Hello all.
Im new to the site and I need to sort myself out. See the problem is that I owe companies money and I tend to ignore them hoping they will go away but I have had 2 red letters through this week which my partner doesnt know about and he would go mental!
I owe money for household bills ie Sky tv, BT bill, Council tax etc etc.
Im in arrears with rent but that is sorted already, i owe CER baliff company £300 for council tax last year, I am in such a mess i hate it.
Sky tv - £30
BT Bill - £120
Council Tax - £ 120 a month
Rent - £850 in arrears
CER - £300
Mobile bill - £89
I know its not alot but i have started to stress out now!
Partners Wages - £1200 per month
My Wages - £400
Benefits - £320
Now I know that by looking at the money coming in I could clear the amount owed within 2 months but for one the OH doesnt know and I have a real problem with spending money on clothes rather than spend it on bills!!
I know its not a big amount but I hope I can get some advice.

hi have you tried ebaying and carbooting some items also wouldit really be that bad to tell your partner if you have problem with spending it wouldbe alot easier to catch it now before it really gets out of hand and you owe £1000s0
