Hi All,
I'm due to complete tomorrow and the funds from Natwest have not arrived today, despite them promising release of funds today.
Solicitor has been told to expect them tomorrow but no reason has been supplied.
Is this a common occurrence? Should I be worried?

What did your solicitor say?0 -
That's why funds are usually collected the day before - allows a day to recover !Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

No. If your solicitor had been told not to expect them tomorrow, then you should worry.0 -
A decent solicitor will request a day in advance as sometimes they can be behind. Thanks all.
It is quite a large mortgage loan (>500k), so I wonder if additional checks need to be undertaken before it's released.
Strangely, after saying it won't be released until tomorrow, they ended up pressing the button at 16:30 today, so I was worrying for nothing.0
