I've had the text!! They've given us a formal offer! I am in shock.

Need to get my back side in gear now. Fingers crossed there won't be any more complications from here on out.

Everything crossed that you STG and all others waiting will get their offers very very soon.

They have told our broker this morning their not even looking at ours again until Monday as their case load has slipped!!

I'd definitely make a complaint if I were you. Its took far too long and to be told that this far down the line is absurd. I'd be fuming!

Got the offer yesterday 😀Complained and had the offer emailed over within two hours along with the valuation so chuffed

Maybe we should complain too. We applied 18 feb. Last week they deleted our application from their system. Had verbal approval but nothing in writing yet.

We got the written offer in 27th March (full application 18th Feb). I'm relieved of course but I will definitely complain, it's not just the time scale but the conflicting and often wrong requests we had in the process, as well as the 'deleted' application (how about back up of important information?).
