Mortgage in Principle expired

Hey all,
I wondered if anyone could help me with something
we were going through with a purchase when then Vendor passed away so everything went on hold to wait for the probate
our mortgage offer expired, requested an extension but they said no, then two days later the probate was granted!
Our broker re-applying with the same lender and I wondered if anyone could advise how long this takes to get this set up again?
So it terms of time scale, we had the probate granted Thursday, broker started re-application, Surveyor went in Friday... (to check the house was still worth the money etc as quite a bit of time lapsed) today is Wednesday (nearly a week now)
Thanks - sorry I know I sound impatient but we've been waiting so long now its driving me crazy

Hi Amnblog,
I have, he said when he knows he'll tell us.. he said yesterday, we'll hear the earliest today... I just wondered if there was a general time scale.
Thank you0 -
The timescale is today earliest.
I appreciate you are worried but if you have had an offer already you are unlikely to encounter a problem now.
