I'm on my daughters account here. I would like to buy a house across the road from us for her to live in. On monthly outgoings I can afford it but do not know how to do it.
Me & hubby have joint income of £54,000 we owe £75,000 on mortgage which has 15 years left to run. House is worth approx £180,000. House over the road is for sale for £120,000.
Any one help me with how I can approach this?

Sounds just about possible.
You would need to raise about £30,000 on your current home as a deposit (assuming you don't have cash deposit).
You can then potentially find a lender that will do this.
