VCS... Liverpool Airport

Hi
Got a 'ticket' from VCS for stopping on the approach road to the airport.
After reading this thread forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=4971470
and others I've appealed and of course it's been rejected.
My next step is to go to POPLA and appeal there but the the verification number give by VCS is not valid on the POPLA site.
I'm not sure if this is because VCS have suggested appealing to IAS or not.
Can someone point me in the right direction for this
Thanks in advance
Barry

VCS are IPC members, not BPA, so the 2nd stage appeal is through the IAS. POPLA only applies for BPA members. Seems virtually impossible to win at the 'independent' appeal service though. Have you looked at the Newbies guide in the stickies? It explains it all.0

VCS have not used the BPA or POPLA for several months, hence why they are in the IPC and using the IAS
you need to read threads that are more recent0 -
See this thread. The stuff concerning a recent successful appeal is towards the end.
