Halifax Mortgage Application

Hi,

Mortgage application with Halifax, valuation instructed but Halifax have asked for a further appointment. Mortgage is direct with the Halifax, is it normal to ask for another appointment?

    As far as I know, yes. After the offer in principle is made and the valuation comes back with no problems, you have to make the official application.

    Probably gonna try and flog you load of insurances.
