Daily Mail DVD codes ?

Hello,
I got the free DVD with the Daily Mail yesterday
and notice that you have to buy the paper on
monday and tuesday to get codes to enable
watching the two episodes of West Wing.
We are off on hols tonight so could someone
please post the codes and I can get them when
I get back.

Seems that the codes might be different for
Scotland. Any Scottish mse'r help.
Seems daft not to be able to see the two
episodes without a code.
