RMA Resolve contact

Hi all,

I have been paying my debts to RMA resolve for the last couple of years, nearly finished, I need to check the exact amount that remains, however when I tried to contact them on the phone the number I have was discontinued, I have sent letters asking them to give me a final bill etc.

Again, nothing.

What do I do in this situation? As I cannot just stop paying I presume.

Regards
Darren

You could stop paying and wait for them to contact you .

Or you could write to them asking them to provide an up to date balance for the account and a statement of the account and state that if this is not provided within 14 days you will cancel payment to them until they provide this information to you in writing.

I wonder whether this is a 'trading style' that has been dropped in the wake of the Wonga business. It was connected to NCO and they are still listed but at a different address in Preston. Their number is 0330 060 1402

However, as Tixy says, stopping payment may bring them to you!

Stop paying, let them write to you.

I would not be paying someone I can't contact.

    How you paying them?

Nothing is likely to happen, if it did, you can complain about lack of statements, keeping their contact details etc.
