1. The prize(s) will consist of a week's stay for two people in a double or twin room on a bed and breakfast basis at Alaska Lodge in Morzine, France, plus return ferry crossing from Dover to Calais for two people and a car with Club Lounge Access provided by P&O Ferries. The prize can be taken in June 2015, subject to availability. Calais to Morzine is 505 miles, 407 of which are on the motorway. The cost is around 55.90 euros in tolls and around 100 euros in petrol. Drivers must have their full license (including paper counterpart), car reg document and insurance certificate if pulled over by the police. Drivers in France are also required to have headlight deflector stickers, a warning triangle and hi-vis jackets. The holiday prize is subject to availability, must be accepted as offered, is not transferable, refundable and there is no cash alternative. The winner is responsible for all other costs incurred as part of the prize including but not limited to spending money and travel insurance. The travel element of any competition prize is subject to VIP SKI's normal conditions of carriage. P&O Ferry tickets are subject to restricted space, sailings and dates, once a booking has been accepted and confirmed no amendments will be permitted. Full P&O Ferries terms apply, available on POFerries.com. All tickets in connection with the competition are non-exchangeable and may not be transferred to third parties. In the event of cancellation by winners, for whatever reason, no alternative need be given. Once the booking is confirmed reservations may not be changed. All other expenses associated with taking the trip shall be the responsibility of the winner. The Passenger must ensure they comply in full with all relevant customs and immigration requirements, including the appropriate passport and visa requirements. Passengers are strongly advised to take out adequate travel insurance.
