Good morning!
I just have a quick query. I am a big free waitrose coffee fan, and previously, i used to buy a shot of espresso alongside the free coffee as i like them strong. They have now removed this option on the free coffee machines..
Does anyone know the machines well enough to know how to do this? Happy to pay.

The first bit of the 'pour' is the coffee, the second part is just hot water. When the coffee changes to water, then move the cup away and let the water go into the drain.
Repeat to get a full cup.The best portion of your life will be the small, nameless moments you spend smiling with someone who matters to you.0 -

Try that and you may find security tapping you on the shoulder...0 -
Use two cups.
One for the espresso, and the other for your normal coffee.
Go to the checkout and pay for the espresso as usual, and use your Waitrose card for your free coffee.
When you're done, pour the espresso in your normal coffee.
(Move the cup away from the water near the end when the normal coffee is made, so there's room to pour the espresso in).0 -
...or go with a friend and try to get them to order a tea; done correctly you just select coffee twice and swap cups very quickly mid-dispensing (twice) and you should have two cups, one double shot Americano, the other a cup of hot water for tea.0

30p for an extra shot at ours. The machine does it if you press the 2X button, but you need to pay.0
