The terms and conditions will usually say but it's more common with prizes you collect than it is with delivered ones. Although I had one where the manufacturer delivered the prize then took a picture with me beside it.0

None I've won have asked for a photo or publicity. I won a hamper last week and they asked for proof of ID but that was it.I just enter and forget...hoping to win something!

Most won't ask but i usually post on theor facebook or twitter a pic of the prize when its arrived. Seems only fair to let them know it's arrived£2 Savers Club for 2022 #120

It puts me off too! I once won a gas barbecue and they came round to my house and took photos of me sat at my computer on their website. I also won a comp in my local Asda and I had to have my photo taken with the store manager for the local paper. Luckily neither of them were ever published as far as I know. I wouldn't mind for a huge prize, thousands of pounds or a new car, but these were both pretty small wins.0

I won a shopping trip at westfields and they did take pictures of me shopping, thankfully they never used them as I had a stinking cold and a bright red nose.0

I was asked to supply a picture of me with a prize twice, but I did feel that I could have said no if I had wanted to. I've never seen them popping up online since.Thank you to everyone who posts on the competitions boards. You all rock!0

It is in watches2u t&c's that winners agree to supply a photo, both for their daily comp and Facebook app draws. The photo's are posted on their website. I have been in their gallery twice.
Maybe something to do with watches. The only other time any photo's were wanted was when I collected a £4.5k watch. Well worth it. Never seen them published anywhere but they did send me copies.0 -
I have been asked a few times to supply photo's which I have no problem doing, if person required in photo then my son is happy to oblige.
Did win a comp a couple of years £500 and a food hamper, I think T&C stated reasonable publicity, they sent a photographer, company representative dressed as a giant pie and met me at local beauty spot with my children for photo's, I hate being photographed by anyone but it was quite fun. Only bit I didn't like was it wasn't only used on their website or social media pages, I had a half page spread in my local newspaper :rotfl:I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

A few ask for a pic with the prize and I have had pic posted on Twitter/Facebook to show they have given away prizes. I don't mind really even tho I hate pics (normally put the prize next to the dog or find a substitute person)0
