Survey panels terminating your membership- your rights

Hi
I think my survey have terminated my membership as my account is 'inactive'.

I have always done their surveys honestly ensuring I read their quality controls properly. I had over 7000 points (yea I know I should have cashed out but I like saving) and I don't think they should be able to void them as I earnt those points. For example if you were sacked from a job they can't just not pay you for work done because they don't want you in the company anymore.

It's so wrong and I know they've done it to so many people from reading peoples experiences.

Also they refuse to tell you what exactly you've done wrong when you ask them. How can they get away with this?
