pizza toast ~ lightly toast bread, use mix of ketchup and tomato puree, add cheese, sprinkle with mixed herbs ~ pizza!!
cheese and cranberry sauce ~ works really well as a use up post christmas.

This post has made me remember, as a kid we had an au pair (Czech, I think) who used to send us to school with cold broccoli/sprouts and ketchup in a sandwich.
My sister hated them, but I actually quite liked them. Definitely an inventive us for leftovers...:rotfl:0 -
Sticking with the above themes:
- Marmite and banana sandwiches (but must be on granary bread)
- peanut butter and marmalade on toast.
