SAP gives me 1812kWhs which is below the 2011 PVGIS prediction of 1840 KWhs (with 20% shading). A helpful neighbour has now cut down his large conifer and I achieved over 1950 kWhs last year. PVGIS calculations changed last year, and my forecast is now 1943kWhs. Installers do face something of a dichotomy: high outputs are good for sales but bad when they are not realised.
