The Kelloggs Cereal Diet

Has anyone had any success with the Kelloggs cereal diet? Did you actually drop a jean size?

It works but only because it is effectively a calorie controlled diet.

OH did it as a kick start for his diet - he lost lots but not sure about jean sizes ;)

We both cut out all cakes and biscuits and so only snack on fruit now, and eat a healthy low fat diet. I have done this healthy eating for 5 weeks and lost half a stone - OH did 2 weeks on Sp K and then same as me too and has lost a stone in 5 weeks!!!

I have just started this (last Thursday) so not done a weigh in yet but yesterday we went out for the day so blew it off!
I think for me it will work quite well as I am rubbish at normal calorie controlled stuff but do enjoy cereal anyway! I think I will be doing it during the week and having breaks at weekends though as got something planned for the next few! lol

This only suposed to be done short term to kick start your diet. I haven't tried it as i'd get bored (not a big fan of cereal).

It can be any cereal. I guess things like cornflakes and weetabix will be better though as not caked in sugar!
