zopa loan

Hi all,
Anyone got some experience with zopa. I applied for a loan to help fund a purchase. I got an email asking for my pay slip? Uploaded and sent. So does this mean I should hopefully be granted the loan as I believe I passed the initial stages/credit check.

I only had someone call me and had a long conversation. They never asked for any documents. After the phone call and of course a credit check they gave me the loan in a couple of days.

I'm 20 years old and I have a loan with Zopa.

I was asked for a copy of my bank statement with proof of income. It's pretty normal. I also received a phone call the next day so they could be assured that the whole loan was for the purchase of a car.

It looks promising!

Thanks for the replies. Sounds like normal procedure then. Really do hope I get a response asap, i applied today so might not hear nothing until Tuesday. Were you given a decision during the phonecall or afterwards?

In my experience (I was declined) I received an email after sending off a copy of my latest wage slip and a telephone call letting me know the outcome of my application.

I'd assume this will be the case for you too. Fingers crossed you're accepted.
