Can you post your SOA using the link that Tigerfeet posted?
As Lilybankrupt says, it would appear that there are lots missing that you could claim.
    What does your rent include?
    SPC 8 (2015) #485 TOTAL: £334.65
    SPC 9 (2016) #485 TOTAL £84

Hi, my rent includes all bills and council tax, pretty cheap for a studio in London really :)

Apart from dental and holiday (which I didn't know was possible until now) I can't really claim for anything else in honesty.

More for food would be nice but I think I'm already at the top of that budget.

    Thanks

    What does your travel include?

Does it include TV license? Broadband? Contents insurance?

  • OK that explains the lack of housing costs!

What about a mobile phone? I'm not saying a top of the range massive package, but £10 pay as you go would be reasonable (if not a bit more).

No prescriptions? Maybe not regularly but 1 or 2 a year is still getting on for £20.

I *think* you may be allowed a bit more for clothing - £40 - but happy to be corrected on this.

My travel includes a monthly zone 1-3 London travelcard and also £25 per month to go home and see my family (a ticket costs £50 so I averaged this out as seeing my family once every 2 months which I assumed was reasonable)

My rent includes internet and Tv licence, although I'm not sure about Insurance.

Also, Lily apologies, I missed out my mobile phone costs which are £15 a month, this makes my IPA £332.

I think I'll need to get new work clothes at some point this year - definitely a new suit. Can I add this to my monthly clothing allowance or should I ask for it in one single amount?

Thank you for your helpful replies so far.
