I've just bought this, never used site before & it says voucher already been used, quick enough to take my money and the code doesn't work!

I've never had a problem the few times i've used them. The first email you get is an invoice and doesn't include the code but advises when you shold receive it, for example I bought on Sat and code received yesterday. The Wowcher code gets emailed through and you enter that to get the deal. You can also log into your account and redeem it. If there has been a problem I'm sure they will sort it when you contact them.
