Yep but they are shut so got transferred to make appointment for local branch.

Made a appointment asking for a full mortgage application and DIP at the same time, Asked how long the appointment would be and told around a hour. This seems wrong, thought it would be around 3 at least?

Will have to ring local branch Monday over and over and over again until someone picks up the phone :wall:

An hour is wrong. That would just get you a mortgage promise.
You're looking at around 1.5-2 hours for a full application.

It's a fiasco.

Easier to get an appointment with a GP.

Our Mortgage is with TSB- initial appointment was 60 minutes, full application 1 week later was the same.. all done within 2 hours. We bank with TSB, had all documents, payslips, ID etc with us at first appointment.

It was very quick. Valuation done within same week, full offer in the post 3 days after valuation.
