Is it a REAL umbrella ? Full size?
Or just a toy one?
That is, does it work, is it waterproof and if so, when it's painted & decorated are the inks/paints not going to be washed off ?
Or perhaps it should be considered more as a Sun Shade PARASOL ?
TIA

Not a toy - proper child's umbrella (measures about 22" from tip to bottom of handle when closed) made from waterproof white material. Pens are waterproof.0 -

Did this with the children on the weekend, worked very well. Pouring with rain all day (appropriately!) so we spent the afternoon colouring umbrellas. May even grab a couple for gifts.
Only thing to note is that the pens are permanent, so old clothes and newspaper needed.0
