Couldnt believe it. Heard on the wireless today,a PPI style advert but this time for Solar Energy..
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

With a Google search, I did find a company seeking to pursue solar misspelling. http://www.mis-soldsolarpanels.com/
Caveat emptor would disallow a claim for charging too much. So the claim can only be for misrepresentation (innocent or fraudulent). It would seem that the law firm would assist in making a recovery from the credit card company who are jointly and severely liable under the Consumer Credit Act. If the contract is rescinded then presumably the panels would be removed.I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. I've heard a few of those radio ads as well.
We seem to be approaching the point that anything you've ever bought is presumed to have been mis-sold.
Even the lawyers are turning on their own kind. There are now adverts for reclaiming 'under-claimed PPI' from the original agent who dealt with the case.
It was a bad day when they decided to let lawyers advertise imo.4kWp (black/black) - Sofar Inverter - SSE(141°) - 30° pitch - North LincsInstalled June 2013 - PVGIS = 3400Sofar ME3000SP Inverter & 5 x Pylontech US2000B Plus & 3 x US2000C Batteries - 19.2kWh0 -

The only part that I think is miss old constantly is the assumed 50% usage. I think this is especially important in the rent a roof scheme because that is the only benefit to the house owners. As it a government assumption maybe there is some come back there?4kW PV System installed 21/2/12: Aurora Power One 3.6 Inverter
11x 250w panels West; 5x 250 panels East.
On course for 19.8% ROI in Year 1.

The ones where they lease roof space seems to be having a negative impact on resale values in this area.
They also have large exit fees if the sale goes and the buyer doesn't want them kept reducing the resale value further or incurring significant cost for the seller to terminate.
None that have pestered us in the supermarket foyer have mentioned any impact on house prices or the large costs on sale of property to exit the deal.
A number of mortgage companies seem to have done their homework though and refuse the consent to lease the roof space, yet other mortgage companies don't seem bothered.0
