Hi everyone,
just wondering if anyone has had to deal with transcom before?
I have just logged into my ebay and they are after 10.14 which I will pay once my first payday comes.
But I got a letter from transcom chasing me for 18.14 yes they have slapped a 8 quid admin fee on! Shall I just pay ebay? or go through these morons and be offical?

You could pay a tenner to ebay, but you may spend 8 quid on postage arguing with these morons about the £8.
Depends what's in the ebay terms etc.:beer:0 -

I can Guarantee you will have a couple of letters, then it will be forgotten about.
I would ignore DCA and just pay ebay.

I would not of thought that a uk debt collection company had any law on there side or power to take any 1 to court , chase them for a debt,OR put a CCJ against them, where the debt is based (ebay) abroad.( USA )0
