do any of your loans offer a repayment holiday?
if not, then
- reducing loan payments and
- paying less than minimum on credit cards

rich, are you paying the minamum payment towards your debts? (ie loan/credit card) if you are and you reduce the payments you may get phone calls, letters for payments, and i am not sure any of us would like that too happen. Also it will effect your credit rating.
Can you add your statement of affairs (soa) here, see ss sticky http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=107280. That way we can advise more, if you are overspending on utilities/food/car/general spends we can home that in as well as looking at shifting your debts onto life of balance cards (lob) or some 0% deals...
you arnt alone and we are here to help

Good luck. Don't worry about getting all the information at once either, do as much as you can and then post, and you can always put more detail in later. We'll say when we need more (APRs and stuff).2023: the year I get to buy a car0
