If all you want is kitchen units, go to Howdens / B&Q / Wicks etc.

  • We too would not recommend Wrens. Our kitchen was ordered in July 2014 and fitting started in August. What we had been told would be a 5 day long easy install actually took 10 days. This was partly due to incorrect measurement by the sales person resulting in one cupboard with an up and over door not being able to be fitted correctly due to a boxed in pipe in one corner fouling the hinge. Other issues include missing panels and open voids, again caused by poor measurement.
Despite letters, emails and telephone conversations with the store where the kitchen was purchased and Armando Sanchez the MD of Wrens we are still waiting nine months later for the kitchen to be completed. Lots of promises, but very little action.
  • Don't go to wren,at the beginning everything is fine its not until its getting fitted the problems start. We have just paid £8000 for a new kitchen and appliances, that was over 2 and a half weeks ago.We have had the fitter back to sort stuff twice cos his work was very very poor,we contacted the Aberdeen store and got the sales person up to take photos of the work as there was doors and drawers to replace, its now pretty much on the phone all the time to get this sorted cos we keep getting fobbed off,me and the wife are disgusted with there handling of this. The fitters price £3000 was only there for about 3 days, not bad money for making a mess of my kitchen eh!!!!!
  • Avoid Wren at all costs - I cannot stress this highly enough.
Their products are good as far as we can see - their customer services and ethos is terrible.
They are unreliable, untruthful, deceitful, and do not care at all about their customers. You would get better aftercare service in Nandos! (No offence, Nandos)
