Halifax reducing my offer

Is that your husband and you are purchasing the property from his mother as a concessionary purchase, using a reduction in the purchase price of the property as part of your deposit?

Just me husband has to much debt and a mortgage on another property. . I am paying a 15% deposit, but by reducing my offer i cant afford more deposit, they wont take the equity into account.
I know its complicated but had got roundnit all until this happening

Not deceiving anyone the halifax are fully aware of the situation

I haven't actually been told my original offer has been withdrawn, i only know the offer has been reduced as i phoned. Should i also be told formally about the change?
Reading other posts really didnt know i shouldn't have taken more credit

Spoke to halifax this morning they will have an answer by tonight, told them i can pay 3000 off my card to hopefully will help, but I was told they know i booked a holiday on my card and this may be the issue, how would they know this that wouldn't show on my file
