mortgae application l, electoral roll & mortgage application

we have moved in with family and just had an offer accepted on property to move into June time.
We are due to go see about the mortgage tomorrow, but as we only moved into family's a few days ago, our names will not as yet be updated and we won't actually be on the electoral role.
What happens in these circumstances as I've read you simply won't get the mortgage if not on it?
Surely there are ways around this as it must happen all the time?

Were you on it at your last address(es) as no-one expects you to be on it at an address you've lived at for five minutes...?I am a mortgage broker.
