HSBC Harassment

Hiya everyone,
To cut a long story short, those lovely folks at HSBC are phoning my boyfrend 6 times a day regarding payment for what I believe is an overdraft (about £1500 I believe). (Silly sod bless him). He's making a payment of £100 per month to clear this, and HSBC have suddenly decided to up this to £300 without telling him, and therefore phone him constantly asking when the payment is to be made.
When I've browsed the forums in the past I've noticed people have posted template letters asking for all contact to be done by letter only, and suggesting the bank's behavior constitutes harassment.
If anyone has any suggestions of how this could be worded, I'd be eternally greatful on his behalf.

hi there,
i have been searching my posts as i sent a letter to mercers who were harassing me for money. i cant seem to locate it though. someone on here kindly posted a link to some legislation regarding phone harassment from companies.
as i mentioned the other day, i sent them the letter a while back, and i never got the phone calls anymore. it seemed to work as i think they got a little scared that joe public knew something they knew!
hopefully someone here will know where to find it. sorry i cant help any more.
