Help find mortgage advisor for a self-employed

Hi,

I'm looking for a mortgage advisor able to deal with my particular situation:
- self-employed consultant through own limited company for 3 years
- Personal income - probably too low for a good mortgage
- Company turnover - quite good
- Deposit funds available - lower than ideal

I'm fine paying a reasonable fee for finding a good deal for me. Heard that I should look closer at taking a buy to let mortgage in the name of my company.

Any advise will be appreciated.

Thanks!
V

Net profits look good? Rising yearly? Got an accountant?

Buy to Let when intending to reside is not a good idea. Who has told you this?

You mention turnover and not profit.

Companies with limited history are not necessarily a barrier.

Companies where the Directors take modest income are not necessarily a barrier.

Companies with no profit (regardless of turnover) are a problem.

By the way - the source who told you to get a BTL via your company is miss informed.
