SIPP for holding international stocks

Hello everyone,
I intend to open my first SIPP account with fresh contribution around £15000 - 20000/- net for long term stock investing.
I would like to choose value stocks from as many international exchanges as possible.
After searching this blog and related links obvious choice appears to be interactive brokers.
I had some research into their approved trustees:
Trustee Minimum opening Annual Interest
@SIPP £20000 £150 £199 0
EssentialSIPP £15000 £275 £275 0
Berkeleyberke
SimpleSIPP £16000 £250 £250 Benchmark+ 0.25%
Note:
EssentialSIPP will not charge opening fee if applied through IFA.
SimpleSIPP could only applied through IFA.
I was told on phone that it is possible to open pension deposit account (to earn more interest in cash held in SIPP e.g. investec or scottish widow)in SimpleSIPP without any further charge which off course would be another advantage but I have my doubts whether this would be possible in simple SIPP.
It appears to me that simpleSIPP might provide best comparative value in long term considering interest on cash.
I would be grateful for any guidance / comment / suggestion about setting this up cheaper in any other way. also, anyone has any experience with above mentioned trustees?
Many thanks,
