Nt ipa

Hi
Just a quick question about timings.
I went BR in November 2014 and then had my OR phone interview in the December where I was told I wouldn't have an IPA. I was told I may get a NT code and to keep it as I had such a deficit but the OR said that HMRC can take so long that I may not get any months with a NT code.
As I still don't have a NT code and we are nearing the end of the tax year it doesn't look like that will happen.
So I assume once I get April I will be on a normal tax code still if nothing has changed before then.
I was wondering about when I can stop informing the OR of any changes, not there have been many so far and I don't expect many. Is it 12 months from the date of bankruptcy or 12 months from the OR telling me I'm effectively on a NT IPA ?
I hope the question makes sense. Am I free from the OR and any change notifications in November or December this year ?
thanks

Hi its unlikely your tax code will change now.
You have to inform the O.R of any changes for 1 yr since your B.R date, which is when you will become discharged from B.R.
If you had a surplus ipa you would have to report any changes during the 3 year period this runs.0
