Help to buy mortgage rate

I am looking at mortgages to get an idea of rates for help to buy. The rates are not competitive with a 5% deposit. We can put down approx 10% so would this give us a better rate? I can't see any 'help to buy' mortgages at a lower ltv. I will get a broker for this but just considering options at the moment.

5% deposit rates are competing only with other 5% deposit rates.

    larger deposit = lower rates
