Is my rate guaranteed?

We applied for 2.94% 10y fix with nationwide. Today I see their best rate for 10y is 3.29%. Are we guaranteed the rate we applied for (if approved) or will it get worse in line with current offering?

If your application is in and gets accepted you will get the 2.94% deal.
