You know what? -I'm inclined to disagree with drahcir.
To be honest you get what you pay for with BooHoo: the quality isn't fantastic but when you're buying the latest high street fashion at very low prices, what do you expect?
I've ordered from the on around 6 different occasions & haven't returned a single item.
Admittedly, their shipping is a rip-off & they sent my last order to my billing address rather than the delivery address I had specified - but these things happen.
In fact, I'm about to place another order with these guys so +1 to that request for a BooHoo voucher!

There's a New Look magazine out at the moment with a 20% off voucher in the back to use from 26th March to 11th April 2010- or you can use the online code. Its MWLY201 and lasts from 9th April to 11th April 2010 so you'll have to wait a while unfortunately.

We have received this response from Boohoo.com:

"Sorry that some of you haven’t had the best service from us or haven’t been satisfied with the quality. We have made some big changes and improvements over the last few months to both the quality, but still ensuring that’s its value for money, as well customer services so return refunds are processed much quicker and emails/ calls are responded to in a more timely fashion. There are more changes which will mean better product offers for customers as well improved customer service to come.

In the meantime if you have any further specific comments or ongoing issues please put them FAO Customer Services Manager on an email to customerservices@boohoo.com and we will investigate them further for you."
