I am 27 and considering fillers for cheeks 1ml juvederm voluma i also had consultation and i also wanted a nose job for a bumpy nose and large nostrils but the doctor stated i should go for cheeks first and see how it looks and then consider the nose.
I have two questions one is that i take levothyroxine 50 mcg everyday for hypothyroidism although i have controlled thyroid function and blood tests for over 6 years but i still take the medicine for life.
Secondly i had done lasek eye surgery for correction of eyesight more than 5 years back.
Does these things affected injecting the fillers on my cheeks i also have sensitive skin and large pits on one of the cheeks.
Any advises please, i had consultation with Dr. Williams from NSC HOunslow (national slimming center and beauty) she was good and injecting for 12 years, do you think i need a second opinion?
I would highly appreciate a reply please i really need reassurance and opinions as i really want to enhance my looks a bit as i am undergoing depression and have low confidence of hiding my cheeks with hair.

For medical information you need to ask a doctor, not an internet forum.

I would suggest addressing your depression and low self confidence through therapy not costly cosmetic procedures. I would worry about any doctor that would suggest fillers on someone so young.

    Hi,

I did ask the doctor and thanks for your straightaway answer and they said its fine to go ahead but i wanted to ask if somebody has done this before with the conditions because i also did consultation also with the injector who is a doctor but they wouldnt say no as they want people to do it.
I am asking is there going to be any complications with these things i am a bit scared and only need reassurance.

I am already under a therapy for these conditions but its not helping me gain back my confidence, I am under private self pay sessions from a psychiatric consultant, my depression is because of my looks and i can afford treatments far more expensive than these only thing i dont want to make this worst.
I have read many people on internet done this at my age and younger.
Also most celebrity thats why they are beautiful and hence there confidence.
