recovering monies

Wondering if anyone has had a similar problem... We were owed around £800 by someone we know who lived in a flat of ours, applied to the court for a judgement. The person admitted he owed the money and offered to pay £75 a month which we accepted and now 4 months on, still not a penny has been paid. Must we continue in this way of spending £60 here, £70 there with the ultimate chance of not getting any money back or does anyone know of an alternative now a court judgement is in place. Thanks
