  • 4 weeks - 5 at the max
  • Purchase?

Lots of it will depend on your solicitor more than the lender - will also depend on circumstances to an extent.

what do you mean by ppr?

  • Its my residential mortgage that I want to remortgage. what do you mean by circumstances.
  • OK, I suspect your best chance is to go through a broker - they should be able to give a little bit of clout.

If you are a "cream" client - no credit issues, low ltv, plenty of income it will be a lot quicker - they can use your p60 for income verification (rather than asking for an employers reference) and do a drive by valuation.

If it is a remortgage - why the hurry? are you looking for funds to do something?

You won't find many people that guarentee completion within a certain time (we have a promptswitch guarentee that you will complete within 28 days - but it is only in certain cases)
